UNDERSTANDING THE DISTRIBUTION OPTIONS.
Any supplier (tourism business) connected to Tourism Exchange USA can opt in to as many distributors as they like. However, they have a choice between two different types of distributors to consider when making a connection as this affects how suppliers are paid.
Direct Distributor
Suppliers receive a direct payment from the consumer at the point of booking. They are also able to set up their own terms and conditions.
On Account Distributor
The consumer pays the distributor who in turn pays the supplier. Terms and conditions are determined by the On Account distributor.
